We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate and licence the Software:

• Email address — collected when you register your licence or create an account
• Licence key and machine identifier — collected to validate your licence and enforce the terms of the Software Licence Agreement

We do not currently collect crash logs, usage data, or telemetry. If this changes in a future version, this Policy will be updated accordingly and, where required by law, your consent will be sought.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected for the following purposes:

• To activate and validate your software licence
• To manage your account and respond to support enquiries
• To send you important notices about your licence or the Software
• To verify compliance with the terms of the Software Licence Agreement

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the Software.
